Salvage

Salvage is the rescue of a wrecked or disabled ship or its cargo from loss at sea; to retrieve or preserve something from loss or bad circumstances.

Spiritually: Jesus’s name in Hebrew means rescuer, savior, and His sole purpose with humans is to salvage as many Satan-wrecked souls as He can before His Father closes down the universe.  Being saved means that most of the things that were wrecked with us can’t be saved.  We’ll usually escape by the skin of our teeth to start over brand new.  But, we’re saved…salvage.
